- Major course work: 2.000 GPA in each discipline.
- Minor course work: 2.000 GPA in each minor.
- University of Arizona course work: 2.000 GPA.

Admission to the Major (Pre-Health Education)
To be considered for admission, applicants are required to
do the following:
Complete a minimum of 56 units with a cumulative GPA of
at least 2.25 at the time of application. School Health
Education majors must also apply to the College of
Education, in order to enroll in the College of Education
courses, must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Complete a formal application for admission to the
health education major. The application includes an essay
and is accompanied by two letters of recommendation.
Complete the Mid-Career Writing Assessment. Students
must complete ENGL102 with a grade of "A" or "B".
Complete the following courses prior to admission to the
major with no grade below "C":
Foundation Mathematics (0-14 units depending on outcome of
